Unless you indicate otherwise, we will remove your personal information from our records when the Service is no longer required subject to any legal requirements to retain such information.

How is the Information Used?

• Provision of User Names and Passwords

  We use your personal information to allocate you a user name and password to enable you to access databases and information which we may ask you to complete or have rights to access.

• Credit Reference Purposes

  If you select to pay for the Service(s) by credit card we transfer your personal information to our credit card intermediary so that they can verify credit card details and complete the on-line payment process.

If you do not agree to Thomas Murray® using your personal information for the purposes set out above, Thomas Murray® will not be able to provide the services to you.
